Clearance Items – Final Sale

All clearance items are sold as final sale. This means they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear product defect or damage when you receive it.

If your clearance item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at support@ziathelabel.co within 48 hours. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

For non-clearance items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

To start the return, just contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
